At HT Animal Supply, we want you and your pet to love your purchase; if you are not completely satisfied, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Please ensure all apparel is unworn, unwashed, and includes the original tags and packaging.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all pet hair is removed and hygiene tags are intact.
Ship It Back
Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
